Dr. Park started playing competitive volleyball from a young age. By the time she entered into middle school sports, she was focused on finding ways to improve her game on and off the court. This is where she found her love for exercise and wellness. She discovered physical therapy as a way to combine her love for helping people and passion for health and wellness. Throughout school, she gained experience in orthopedic and sports clinics, solidifying her love for helping rehabilitate individuals post-injury to meet their lifestyle goals. After graduating from University of Miami, she received specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy, where she received further mentorship and education from experienced clinicians. She intends on pursuing further credentialing as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), in addition to certifications in manual therapy and dry needling.
Dr. Park loves spending free time with loved ones. She looks forwards to weekends that she can walk along the bay and explore new areas in Miami with her dog Buddy. She loves to travel, try new foods, and do anything active, including playing tennis and volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, and enjoying group fitness classes.
