Dr. Conesa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Fitness from Florida International University in 2020. She then attended the University of St. Augustine- Miami, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in December 2023. She is attending a fellowship program specializing in Orthopedics that will advance her knowledge and clinical skills with the highest level of clinical expertise and become a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
Sophia’s love and knowledge of sports began with playing competitive volleyball and flag football at a young age. During her free time, she loves playing pickleball and doing yoga, taking her dog on walks, spending time with family & friends, discovering new places to eat, and traveling.
