Before arriving in Miami, Dr. Jess received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 2014 – earning both a major in Exercise Science and Wellness and a minor in Nutrition. While attending ASU, she practiced functional movement strengthening and analysis to teach and specialize in exercises.
In her free time, Dr. Jess enjoys biking down Key Biscayne, running in the streets of Miami, and practicing what she preaches at the clinic by staying active. Dr. Jess hopes to continue to work with adaptive athletes and wishes to attend/volunteer for the Paralympic Games in 2028 in Los Angeles.
