Dr. Allison Lacayo began her professional healthcare journey by earning her bachelors in Recreational Therapy and Psychology from FIU in 2020. She continued on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from FIU in 2024.
Dr. Lacayo is currently a licensed DPT in 4 states on the east coast and is well versed in Orthopedics, Neurology, and return to sport programs. While she specializes primarily in Vestibular Therapy and Post-Concussion syndrome, she also has a passion for Orthopedics.
Dr. Lacayo believes in evidence-based practice and follows the philosophy that movement is medicine. Her sessions will be personal, educational and engaging.
