Alex Junco

Alex is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong foundation in exercise science and a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and athletic performance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida International University and later pursued his Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Keiser University to further expand his ability to help individuals recover, move better, and return to the activities they love.

His passion for movement began early in life. Growing up, he was actively involved in sports throughout high school, which helped shape his appreciation for physical performance, discipline, and injury prevention. During his youth and early professional years, he worked as a personal trainer, helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall health. That experience ultimately inspired him to transition into physical therapy, where he could play a larger role in rehabilitation and long-term recovery.

He loves to combine my background in exercise science and personal training to support patients through evidence-based rehabilitation, functional movement training, and performance-focused recovery. His approach focuses on helping individuals regain confidence in their movement while building strength, mobility, and resilience.
